Our special wolfram carbide material compound around the lock shackle and body is the answer to this phenomenon and makes it extra hard for thieves. The shackle, housing and structural parts of the lock are made of hardened steel. The extremely robust U-lock in "Made in Germany" quality thus secures bikes against brutal theft attempts.
